We are going on our 5th Disney cruise, 7 night western, on the Fantasy at the end of April and we can't wait. It will be our first time on the Fantasy! Just reading some of the current threads and noticed things have changed since our last disney cruise.
We were wondering if this cruise has a seafood night and if so, what night that might be?
Does disney still do character breakfast on the cruises?
Does palo or remy offer high tea?

Thanks for your replies!

AFAIK, there's no dedicated seafood night. Here's a link to the various menus available. You can see what's offered:

The character breakfast is only available on the Magic class ships with sailings of 7 nights and longer with at least 3 sea days (or 2 sea days and one late port arrival day). The new ship's MDRs are too large and have the table too close together to handle the logistics of the breakfast.

Palo only has brunch on sea days. Remy has a Champagne brunch also on sea days. No high teas.

The character breakfasts are offered only on the classic ships. The Dream and Fantasy are too large and the tables are too close together for the characters to get to everyone.

When we were on the Fantasy, DCL offered different seafood entrees on several nights; they didn't limit to just one night. If I remember right, lobster night was on Thursday.

I would hope they would not have a special seafood night.

Why not? There are other dining options you could choose from or order the standard chicken, etc that is offered every evening.
