seafood, family & late PS ?

A call to all you WDW veterans. My family will be going to WDW in June & DH will have to work at an Expo off-site for 1/2 of our stay. Because he won't get back until 6 or 7, I want to make a PS for later in the evening. Also, after working a booth, with no lunch all day, he likes to eat a GOOD meal at the end of the day. Can any of you give me the best choices???

We will have park hoppers, so it does not matter whether the restaurant is in a park, a resort or DTD.

My family consists of myself, DH, DD-22, DS-11 & DD-9.
