in a large pot.......saute a few diced onions in olive or veggie oil
put in three potatoes.....peeled and diced.....
water to cover slightly the potatoes.....ground pepper on top
and garlic powder
when potatoes are almost tender......
add more water and the fish pieces.....probably a pound or two....
cover and simmer .....when fish is almost opaque......add alot of
milk......and margarine or butter.....more ground pepper on top of
fish and also garlic..........
when you are at this point......add imitation crabmeat...and sauted
bay scallops.......add more margarine or real butter
when the margarine is melted......it is time to dish out to big soup
bowls.....
Ingredients needed:
one or two pounds of white type fish.....
one pound of bay scallops.....
a container of imitation crabmeat
small can of shrimp or fresh shrimp
three regular sized potatoes....
whole milk.....

I serve this with italian bread or long loaf of french bread.....and a tossed salad
