Im having a slight change of heart re location & am very confused on which to pick :confused3

I ve been dead set on for the past year having our wedding at WP but i ve seen a few videos of Seabreeze Point & thought it looked lovely. Im now starting to sway towards this location but am so confused which is truely the one for us. HELP:confused:

Does anyone have some pics of their ceremony at Seabreeze Point or any vids just so i can see the location a bit more to help us decide :) .

Both are beautiful locations :lovestruc , we book our wedding before our planning trip in Oct so this is something we need to be completly sure of by Sept & right now im so confused which to go for.

Originally a few years a go i really wanted Sunset Point as the location but then found out you cant have ceremonies there in May so we then decided on WP.

Any help/pics/video or advice will be greatly appreciated

Thankyou:goodvibes

It's a very personal choice. You have to figure out what is important to you.

WP is gorgeous, but we chose SBP for several reasons...

1. We wanted everything to be outside. We weren't satisfied with seeing it through windows, we wanted the fresh air. AND the fact that gardenias line both paths to the acutal ceremony point was a phenomenal surprise. During our ceremony, a gardenia scented breeze would pass through every few minutes. It smelled like we were saying our vows in heaven. :lovestruc

2. Being from NYC and DH from the NJ shore, we LOVED the fact that it we were in a replica of the boardwalks of the regions we grew up so close to.

3. It's small enough and large enough to accomodate weddings with no guests or weddings with 60 or more. I hope that makes sense.

There are some pics in my TR, but the minute I get my Misty link, I will post those too.

Good luck with your choice.

I chose SBP because I thought it was prettier in it's simplicity. The WP is grand and detailed, which really suits some weddings and couples. But I liked the pretty white gazebo!

My concept, so to speak, for my wedding was afternoon tea (inspired by tea at the Ritz in London). The garden feel to the ceremony seemed to fit better than the WP. I also enjoyed being outside feeling the breeze move my skirt just a little. The Boardwalk is a fun, unique area and it has a very different feel from the Grand Floridian area, which is more posh and refined. So I think it's what ever your personal taste is. :)

Here's some pics (thought I'm sure people are tired of my pictures by now!):

I won't ever get tired of your pics... they are fabulous. As another SBP bride... I chose it for the fact that I wanted to be outside near the water, but not on sand. I loved the look of the Gazebo from afar, plus it's within walking distance to the Dolphin where our reception is, so while our guests are enjoying a beautiful walk to the Dolphin DF and I can be taking pics along the way on the boardwalk... it all works out!

Aww, thanks! Here's a few more. The last one was out rose petal toss just outside the steps of SBP.
