Sea world tickets from UT reservations

I bought a sea world day ticket from UTt, however it's not letting me make a reservation at sea world.com I tried calling but not getting through. I am planing on a Mothers day visit and don't want to not be allowed in. What happen's if I can't get a reservation, will they still let me in. Do the ever reach capacity? UT says I don't need one, but for some reason I don't believe them.
