Sea World post cruise...anyone?

Hi, everyone!
We want to spend time at Sea World after we disembark the Magic...and then fly home later that same day.
My plan:
-book our round-trip transporation to/from the airport/port through a car service.
-check our bags at the port upon disembarking
-be driven to Sea World
-be picked-up from Sea World and then driven to the airport to catch our flight home.

I know that folks out there have done this (or something similar).
Can you please provide insight as to your experience, what car service you used, and any additional fees required for the car service (over and above the standard charge for r/t from the airport to the port).

I haven't done this but was told on an earlier post that the luggage check in at the port was supposed to be only for those purchasing Disney transfers, although this doesn't seem to be uniformly enforced. Have you looked at the possiblity of renting a car from Avis and driving to Sea World. We've rented the car both times we cruised, and it isn't too difficult.
