Sea World parking costs with Platinum Pass

We've used Disney's Magical Express for the past three trips, so we haven't had a car. Our Sea World trips were in taxis, shuttles, and town cars. This year, we're going to try a rental car, again.

On trips prior to using DME, I remember there was a rule that free parking only came with actual Sea World passes. Our Busch Gardens Europe (Williamsburg, VA) pass got us into the park, but not into the park lot.

Has that changed now that Busch has the Platinum pass? Or do I still need to pay for parking with a platinum purchased in Virginia?

Answering my own question...

I just called and was told Platinum Passes are good for free parking at all A-B parks.

You can even get preferred parking free with Platinum passes,I always do at Busch Gardens in Tampa and Sea World Orlando.I've heard it's only guaranteed at the park you bought the pass but I've always been able to get the preferred at no charge even at Busch Gardens in Virginia the 3 times I've been there.

You must be an early riser. That's our "home park", but it seems like every time we get there, they've already closed the premium lot and we wind up having to ride the tram.

now that said, I did observe that with AQ being so new, some of the employees "ain't got it down yet" .... we were gived free prefered parking with our 1 year SW and AQ pass, and I don't recall that we should have gotten it.

BUT holding up that sign didn't get us waved to a prefered space ....

BUT that cost us about 15 steps so we didn't really care one way or the other!

But short ans' ... yes a PLAT' gets you free parking at all Busch parks....well you paid up front anyway...
