As a family we've all been atleast twice to each but this year we have to pick one or the other due to a shortage in time.:sad1: Is there anything special going on in either parks this summer? Seaworld, or Universal?

Seaworld just opened it's water park, Aquatica. You can get a week long flex ticket for both parks for a decent amount.

US/IOA has just opened Simpsons and has Harry Potter world coming next year (I realize that doesn't help you this year but I don't know if it will effect ride closings).

Definitely Universal...
Be sure you check out the Mummy Ride at US and Spiderman at IOA.

I love that when you stay onsite at US/IOA, you get FOTL access from the morning of check in day until the park closes on the day you check out. That little room key is worth its weight in gold!!!:cloud9:
Makes our whole stay so relaxing. :3dglasses

I do not think you can go wrong with either seeing you are going this summer you may want to go to IOA with the water rides to cool you all off.

Sea World does have on also though?

You can also pay a little more per ticket and get the same front of the line access. We did it on our last trip. You're right --it's totaly worth it!!!!!!!

Actually it's not exactly the same. When you pay for your express access tickets, you get one ticket for each attraction. When staying at one of the Universal hotels you get unlimited front of the line access. It's an absolutely amazing perk!
