It looks like we will be doing Sea World on either Saturday or Sunday. Can anyone tell me which day would be best of the two for less crowds? Or does it even matter? Thanks!
If you can get there at opening on Sunday it should be dead. Lots of locals attend church and they dont start showing up at the park until noonish, so typically Sunday morning is very quiet. The effect is even more pronounced at Busch Gardens.
Maybe a season passholder who has more experience on different days can tell you? I've never seen anything written or published about this. I'd say any weekday rather than Saturday or Sunday would be good (You won't have as many season passholders down for the day or weekend). Getting there when the park opens is always a good idea during busy summer months. If you are planning to do coasters do Manta first and then Kracken as those lines will get long as the day progresses. Then I'd say plan the rest of your day around the shows doing animal exhibits around show venues as time permits.
