Sea World for Thanksgiving?

Has anyone ever been to Sea World on Thanksgiving Day? It will be our first time going and I've heard you should stay out of the Disney parks on that day but what about SW? Should we go a different day that week?

Thanksgiving isnt as bad at Seaworld. However, if you wait a day and go the day after Thanksgiving, you will be there for the first day of Seaworlds Christmas celebration. Featuring Christmas themed night shows, a Polar Express themed ride. An Ice Skating show, Holiday fireworks and a ton of christmas decor. It will be busier, but it will be worth it.

I know they've been starting christmas stuff earlier and earlier each year. Last year I want to say that polar express was up and open by the first weekend in nov (don't quote me on that happening this year again).

But yes, Thanksgiving is a good day to go, because everyone is at Disney.

I was there for Thanksgiving last year...while it wasn't overly busy per se...It was semi crowded at certain times...The closer it got to traditional dinner times, the more it cleared out...but in the morning it was very busy...

As for dinner...we went offsite to Golden Corral...mmm...buffet..LOL..
