How do you do Sea World, your Schedule of seeing the shows?

Are some better seen at night??? I saw where the C&S show has a nighttime show and a day show, didn't know that.

Any suggestions.

Since I go so much I prefer the park at night when it's open until 10 pm, I prefer Blue Horizons at night(when it's offered), I also prefer Sea Lions Tonight( for Summer) over the current Pirate Island C & S show. I recently saw Believe at night and too liked it better than in the day, and I'm pretty psyched up about Shamu Rocks when it starts in May for the nightime Shamu show for Summer. I also really like Mistify, I don't care for the story so much, but love the music and the pyro for it

Sorry I don't really have any schedule advice to offer since I go usually for 2-3 hours tops to take pics/ or vid tape, catch a show or 2, walk around, and grab a bite to eat sometimes, unless some friends go to the park, but I go by whatever they want to do when they visit.

We're going the end of May and I wanted to see if anyone had any new information about what to see in the morning, versus afternoon and evening. Are there special programs, lunches, events we should pay extra for?

I heard the Pet show was really worthwhile and since we're taking a child who will almost be 4, we'd like to do feed the dolphins and interactive things like that.

Any tips, hints, tricks or things to avoid are gratefully appreciated!

EDITED - Oh, we're going to Sea World in CA and hope this Sea World thread isn't just for Orlando...

What is the Mystify show? We are thinking about trying SeaWorld for the first time and thought we would wait until the Shamu Rocks show starts on May 26. Should we stay for the Mystify show?

How are the crowds...we thought we would skip Disney one of the weekend days and go to SeaWorld since I know DisneyWorld will be very crowded.

I've seen Mistify I think twice,it's fireworks mixed with video on water curtains like those in Fantasmic over at MGM all based on a nice storyline!! It's not as big or amazing a show as compared to the nighttime shows at Disney but it's still worth watching!!

Sea World is a great park to go when other area parks are crowded, first of all it's got a very relaxed atmosphere and since the park is mostly shows with some rides, you don't have to be making lines after lines, just get to the show before it starts and grab your seats.Even on busy days,Kraken the park's coaster doesn't have outrageously long lines.Journey to Atlantis can have a long wait but it's never that bad!!
