I'm planning to buy one as we will be visiting numerous times during our trip and it seems good value. Should I order this before I go or whe I arrive? Anyone had any experience of this?

HI

We got the annual pass for our last trip a couple of years ago. We bought it online and printed it off before we left, then it was exchanged when we got there. Great value!

we got them as well! free parking, and 10% discount on food drinks and merchandice + free admission to skytower! so well worth the money

We also bought and printed online before we left then exchanged for AP's when we got there. You can probably buy there no problem they have an Annual passport centre at the entrance.
If you plan on going a few times within 2 years also consider the 2 year option plus adding Busch Gardens and Aqauatica.
We have the 2 year 2 park just now, expires end of year, when we renew we will add Aquatica for next to nothing.
The 3 park 2 year pass works out at £25/year/park (£150) take into account free parking everywhere and discounts(better scheme than Disney) free dessert vouchers and other benefits they are great value.

I've got an "ongoing pass". It's an annual pass but paid for monthly and it doesn't run out. Just comes out of the CC every month and I forget about it.

So any time I'm in florida I can pop into Seaworld (Oh, and Uni for that matter A I did the same with them) without wonderingg if my pass is still valid or if I need to renew it).

I think it's a bit cheaper buying it outright (though I've not calculated it), but for what is, in all practical purposes as long as I keep paying, a lifetime pass I'm more than happy.

Differences are, having ongoing means the payments begin as soon as you buy the passport, OK if you buy as you leave for holiday just don't buy months in advance as you can with regular AP as they are not activated until 1st use.
Also a regular AP gets a discount for renewal but even thats not always worth it. Our last one expired in August, it was better us letting them expire then starting again at Xmas as we would have lost 6 months renewing in August.
For some the ongoing way is easier but financially buying outright is usually just slightly better, the longer gap from one expireing to another starting the more you save.:)

I bought mine online and printed the voucher, collected at Seaworld the day we went. I got my trip last year, and because i booked to go slightly earlier this year 30th june instead of 10th July , i will get 2 visits out of my 1 year annual pass, which is excellent value for me anyway.

Hello again Wayne. Ive checked out the annual pass option and looks good. Can you tell me how much discount they offer at Dis Cove if you have an AP? Do offers vary and how do you complete an online booking for DC that alerts them you are a AP holder for Seaworld? Do you phone rather than do it all online?

Hi
1st time (Oct visit) we got $100pp off, 2nd time (August) we only got $30. I heard from someone recently who was only offered $30 for Oct so maybe thats std all year now I don't know.
Only way to book with AP is ring DC direct, you can't do it online.

We got one annual pass (to get the free parking and food and shopping discounts) and one fun card which gets you into the park for all of 2008 for the price of a one day ticket. Ordered all online and just took email to kiosk and it scanned and printed out the tickets no problems.

have not booked DC but booked meals and interaction and always recieve 10% discount
