Sea World and Universal on a Friday or Saturday?

We will be at US/IOA from Wednesday, 5/11 thru Sunday, 5/15. We'd like to spend a day at Sea World - either that Friday or Saturday. Since US has a Grad Night event on that Friday I thought that would be a good day for SW. However, I am concerned about school trips to SW on that same Friday.

Which park will be better on which day?

Unioversal IOA will be packed because of the new Harry Potter attraction. The Lesser of the busier days would be Friday. I would do Universal/IOA on Friday and Seaworld on Saturday since Universal will be alot busier than Seaworld on a Saturday.
