First of all, what are the rates for these now? I know the price went up around last Spring, but I can't find the new prices!

Also, do you have to make reservations for this, or will we be okay to just walk up and do them at the Contemporary. I ask this because I'm not sure when we'll be able to do them. Maybe the first day, or maybe the last day, or maybe the day 'off' in the middle of the trip.

Thanks for any help!

I did them Saturday....still have the paper work....

32.00 for 30 minutes
40.00 for 45 minutes
45.00 for an hour

We also got a coupon for 90 minutes at the 1 hour price...but An hour can take it out of you! I say the price is worth it....but you can also put down an "activity fee" and get everything all inclusive. (ask about it at check in)
If you are going to be there a week...you might think about it.

The rates posted by the PP sound to be about what we paid in August. No reservation is needed, just walk up. Do be aware that there is a weight limit on those things, and if you go over it, they are real dogs.

Thank you for the rates! I have that coupon, too! We are hoping to take advantage of it next month!

Tomh, to you know what the weight limit is??? I had forgot about that!

Thank you again for the info!

Ive never heard about the activity fee to make all inclusive.....does anyone have info on this????????

I don't remember exactly the weight limit. I know I was about 230 when we went, and DD13 was around 140. No one said anything to us about it. I didn't realize we were well over the limit until every other boat on the water was going like twice as fast as us :rotfl: :rotfl:

The "all inclusive" is actually listed in the dining plans options. It is called the "Magic Your Way Premium Package." It is quite expensive! For a family of five, 12 days on the premium would cost around $10,000! It includes:

Three meals and two snacks per person, per night (TS or CS)

Unlimited use of select recreation activities, including golf
Recreation activities include Disney's golf (no tee time restrictions), miniature golf, personal watercraft, guided fishing excursions, parasailing, horseback riding and more.

Admission to the Cirque du Soleil® show, La Nouba™

Preferred fireworks viewing

Unlimited admissions to select tours

Unlimited admissions to Disney's Children's Activity Centers

Admission to select Grand Gathering Experiences (for parties of 8 or more)

One Resort-refillable drink mug per person

Oh, never mind. I think I found it in my notes. Is it 320?

I believe that is whats posted as well. My wife and I ride them together, and we add up to about that weight, and the boat still moves along just fine:thumbsup2
