"In order to drive a Sea Raycer you must be 12 years old AND five feet tall. The CMs are very strict with this requirement. At the PY, GF, CT, WL, and FW resorts they must ride with someone who is over 16 with a valid Driver's License. You must be over 16 with a valid DL to drive alone at these resorts. At all other resorts the requirement is simply 12 years old and five feet tall to drive alone or with a passenger."

"Sea Raycer (2 seats): $32 for 30 minutes, $40 for 45 minutes, $45 for 60 minutes
**Prices are the same at all locations**"

The ones at the big lake are faster than at port orleans. They used to have a plan for the whole week. 4 boats for around 300 thats for the week. Dont know if its still available.

If you are thinking of going the 1/2 hour route or want to spend more time boating around the MK, I suggest taking the boat to the Contemporary and renting from there. If you rent from FW and want to get over by the MK, you will spend a lot of time getting there and back.

I have a need for speed, and I can tell you not all sea raycers are created equal. I've had some sea raycers that were significantly slower than others on Bay Lake. I've driven back to the dock and had no problems swapping out for a sea raycer that ran much faster. May not be an issue for most, but I want a fast boat.

I've found the Contemporary seems to have a better chance of getting a faster boat, and also may have the largest fleet. No read hard facts to back my statement, but I'd still go with the Contemporary to rent.
