Sea Breeze Point vs. Yacht Club Gazebo

WOW this is set up beautifully! One question, where did your wedding party stand during the ceremony?

We had a small wedding party so the MOH and BM, GM and officiant stood in the gazebo, we stood at the entrance and the flower girls and ring bearers stood just outside. It worked for us. DFTW had several options for us during our rehersal.

2:30pm. and 2 days later it was 40 degrees and we froze on our Wishes cruise that we had booked. Welcome to Florida, land of unpredictable and chances are gonna be hot temps!

It sure was!!! Your wedding day was nice as was mine, but man Sunday was brutal! I was stuck in a short dress for our farewell brunch @ GF that AM and I froze my booty off & was still cold that afternoon in my jeans and fleece (ofcourse being sick didn't help any...)!

I also chose SBP. There was never a decision for me I knew if it was a Disney wedding I would be married at the BW and SBP at sunset. It's our absolute favorite. Sorry I don't have any logic behind it...just completely emotional reasoning.

Whatever you choose will be beautiful - know that.

We did the Epcot Segway tour in the morning and were bundled up with our coats and scarves and gloves! And at night we brought 3 blankets and all our coats on the Wishes cruise and it was very challengin trying to eat wedding cake and drink champagne and stay bundled up! Gotta love carzy Florida weather. And then it warmed back up a day or two later again!

Segway tour!! FUN!! (I can picture you shivering on those things that AM) I've always wanted to do that. You should've drank the champagne before the boat...then you'd have been toasty (and possibly toasted)

Nutty Florida weather for sure-- it was colder those couple days than our first couple days later that week at the Ski resort in Squaw!!

We were married at the Yacht Club and for me the big deciding factor was that it felt like the decoration was so beautifully built in. We were married in March and the flowers were perfectly in bloom and all of the color of the hotel just fit in perfectly. We also had so many great areas for pictures both inside and out (the lighthouse, the lobby staircase...etc). As mentioned before, I was also concerned about our guests hearing so at the last minute I moved the whole thing right in front of the gazebo. the officiant stood right in the entrance and it worked perfectly. Sorry I don't have any photos but I vote for Yacht club anyday!

Thank you so much..yah that is exactly what my boyfriend was wondering with the hearing for the guests. It makes sense not to completely stand in the gazebo
