Sea bands?

we used them for DD, but they get tight and make marks...ultimately had to take them off from the discomfort....

They are supposed to be tight since it's the pressure that's helps with seasickness. I use them and have had no problems. I've even see crew members wearing them.

Sea Sick bands didn't seem to work for me, but I generally don't get motion sick-only have issues at sea. I use the scapalomine patch, dr. rx, and I love. I leave on for a day or so after we get home, and it helps with getting my land legs back too. I am not a fan of my "ship moments" once returning from our cruise. While pregnant, my OB prescribed a pill, which I never had to take. Not one issue of nausea or sea sickness while prego-may be that's the trick to avoid sea sickness~ LOL.
