SD Memory Cards

I just purchased my didgital camera and was wondering if anyone had a recoomendation on the best (ecomonical) was to purchases a SD Memory card? Whats a good price for a 128 or 256 card?

I was still learning how to use my camera when Office Max had the cards on sale and with a rebate made it free. I really kicked myself. After that, I started watching Office Max & Staples online for sales. I got a SanDisk 128MB for about $20.00 on sale and with rebate at Staples. Actually, I got 2 at that sale and 1 was bad and I had to take it back. From reading on these boards, these cards seem to go bad or wear out without much warning. I know that online sites sell reputable cards with rebates, too. I did alot of checking around before I got mine. I used this 'special & coupon' site to check out some prices, hope this helps:

I buy my cards from www.sterlingtek.com only, mainly because they offer a lifetime warranty on their memory.

Oh, thank you for posting that link again. I knew I had seen it before and I could not find where! I saved to my Favorites, and then could not find it there, either!! UGH! One of these days I will hope to be more organized!! Thanks!!

I bought a 256 mb card twice from www.ecost.com
The last one I bought I paid 47.99 and then there was a $20 rebate. Shipping is free, but have a handling fee of $3.95

Total after shipping and rebate is $31.94

They ship extremely FAST too. I ordered it one day and it was delivered 2 days later.
