Scuba and Blue Lagoon

On Nassau, our family would like to take the Blue Lagoon shore excursion, with my husband doing a morning scuba excursion and then joining us at Blue Lagoon in the afternoon. Has anyone done Blue Lagoon on their own? How could he get to Blue Lagoon on his own in the afternoon? Help????
