Screwed up again, I think

UGH!!!!! OKay, so I think I screwed up again. AirTrans rates for our travel dates came out yesterday on Expedia, etc. They were $245.00 RT from MKE to MCO. They were really high yet on the AirTran site, so I waited. NOW they are over $400. Do you think I am okay? Will they go back down... UGHH!!!!!!! I just wish that I could book already and get it over with.......

Have you checked out southwest. I never have any luck with flights on expedia etc. What city are you leaving from? I don't know what flights usually go for around march break though.

I just did a search today(3/3) on AirTran's site for MKE to MCO on the dates you wanted and got a price of $124(discount coach advance purchase) for non-stop departing flight in the morning. Unfortunately the return flight price from MCO back to MKE was higher @ $314 non-stop(regular coach advance purchase). I would say with the time you have left, to keep checking different airline sites daily for web specials. A few months ago when i was shopping around for flights i would see dramatic price changes from day to day. I ended up finding Web special at AirTran for $49 each way from PHL to MCO and jumped on that one!! Keep searching and good luck!!

That's the week before Easter - it's going to be difficult to get a good price for that time, especially for the return. The next time yo see something you can live with, grab it.
