Screen Room

I was wondering if you have a screen room - either stand alone or that hooks onto your awning? We were thinking about purchasing on for a 12 day WDW - FW trip we have planned in July. Do they really keep out bugs?

We have a stand alone one...allows us to put the picnic table under it (but not feel crammed against the camper). I think they do make a difference for bugs as well as those days when it rains, but it's not cold out so you can still enjoy the outdoors. Ours took a beating last summer when a pop up thunderstorm rolled through in the middle of the night, so hoping it's still ok! I remember packing up the next day and just tossing it in the back of the truck. We have the "EZ up" style one from Coleman.

We have a Coleman too. In ur experience, it's not quite as easy to put up as it looks, but it isn't bad.

It doesn't keep all bugs out of course, bu it does help a lot (even with my kids leaving it unzipped too often.) It was definately handy in the rain too. We use it over our picnic table too.

Bought mine at Bass Pro Shops with the screen room. It was much cheaper than adding one to the Pup awning. I haven't needed it at Disney in April, but think you are making the right choice for July.

We have one for our Coleman Utah. It is imo a must have. Ours connects to the bottom of our awning and then there is a piece that runs along the bottom of the trailer so all corners are covered. We even have a piece of outdoor carpeting that we put in there to keep the dirt out of the trailer. That plus a nice citronella candle will control the bugs. I don't know how much they cost. We bought our trailer back in the early 90s and Coleman was giving a lot of freebies back then, the screen enclosure and a nice Coleman water jug came with the trailer.
