Screen popping down to bottom of page

When ever I open a new thread or change to another page, the screen pops down to the bottom of the page and I have to scroll back up. Sometimes it happens immediately and sometimes it happens 5-60 seconds later, sometimes even when I am in the middle of typing something. (Like it did when I was typing this post.) I am a member of a couple of other forums and I double checked and it is not happening anywhere else.

It’s likely a specific ad. If you are able to determine which ad is causing that, I believe it can be reported to Google Ads.
