We are planning our first real camping trip to WDW for Oct. We usually stay in the cabins which are great. This time we are bringing our pop up. I'm not sure if there is room on the sites to set up a screen house or if we will be better of with the add a room. We have 4 sm boys and will love any extra space. Also, does anyone know how sturdy the add a rooms are? What do you all think would be better? Thanks for the help.

HM,

I think you would have more luck with the screen house myself. As a pup owner who went to FW last month, I noticed that after I backed my pup in and set up the awning, the poles were off the pad on the ground a few inches lower. 'Course, I had a slide out dinette coming out the other side so I couldn't really wedge the pup any further over (big tree on that side).

However, with our minivan and the pup, the site was plenty deep so I think your percentages are better with the screen room behind the pup on the sand pad (you can put the picnic table inside it or slide it over by the charcoal grill outside).

Technically speaking, I think you could get your add-a-room put on, it just won't be on the same level surface. If you don't have a slide out, though, it might work.

Good luck! :earboy2:

We had a 12' X 20" screen house up on our site with a pop up last year in the 2000 loop, worked out great.
