Screamin' FP Distribution

Forgive me if this has been answered recently, but since California Screamin' isn't opening until 1 pm on weekdays right now, does its FP distribution begin at 1:00 or when the park opens in the morning?

DLR follows a pretty strict policy of only giving out FPs when rides are actually running. If the ride is not operating for some reason (late opening in the case of CS, or because is a ride is broken down) the FP distribution for that ride is turned off. So FPs for CS do not start until about 1PM. Note that the 1PM CS opening is not a hard rule. It may be a little earlier or later from day to day.

Not exactly... Screamin' broke down once during my 2003 trip, actually right after I got a FP and people swarmed to the FP machines.

From the Official Website:

"California Screamin' is scheduled to open at 1:00 p.m. on Monday through Friday now until fall 2007 due to construction for Toy Story Mania! — a brand new attraction scheduled to open in 2008."

Why isn't the ride opening until afternoon?

BUT, they are opened from Morning to Night on Sat and Sun since the workers are lazy and dont work on Sat Sun like the rest of the CM

Thanks for the answer. I wonder when in "Fall 2007" they will go back to running Ca. Screamin' all day? Guess we will find out.
