Scratched Wii disc

So, the cat got a hold of my wii fit disc and now it has scratches all over it and won't work at all. Anyone know of a place to get it fixed? I see places on-line, but don't know what is reputable and what isn't.

Have you tried to rub toothpaste over the disk in circlular motion? That usually will help polish out some of the surface scratches.

Pledge could also work.

The best thing to do though is if you have a local video store some of those will have disc cleaners and will do it for a small charge or you could try gamestop.

Actually, we did. It didn't work, but I'm thinking it might help the Sports Resort disc which just has a small scratch.

We were just lookibg at a Wii disc cleaner, repair machine last night.
It's $45 don't know if it can repair a cat scratch or not.
It might be a good investment if your cat keeps up it's Wii
fit progam

Somebody left them out and the cat decided they looked like fun. It's only the Wii fit one that is really bad.

This happened to us a few years back. Since the Wii Fit Disc comes with the balance board, we were worried about the cost of replacing it. Turns out, you can order a replacement disk from Nintendo directly since it's not sold separately in stores. Thinking it was $10-15? Nothing we did could repair the scratches (child-created, in that case).
