Scratch off Lottery Ticket Question

I don't play the lottery but I was given a scratch off ticket at an event I attended. It is from the Virginia Lottery and called Flip Flop Cash. The instructions say "Reveal 3 identical amounts, win that amount" That is all it says. There are 3 rows of 3 (total of 9) places to scratch.

Do I scratch them all off or is this like a tic-tac-toe thing and I have to only scratch 3 of them? I looked at the lottery site online but is just had the same directions.

You get to scratch them all I played this the other day and won 2 whole dollars .

Scratch them all and if there are 3 amounts the same you win that amount Good Luck

That's how mine usually work...win nothing!

Tonight I won a whole 10.00 (spent 5.00). Funny thing..the store I was at has 3 machines, I was looking at the machines trying to decide which one to use when I hear this female voice say "hurry up and get in front of that machine before she gets her money in there" and this little boy maybe 4 or 5 runs up and gets right in front of the machine! So I used the other one...and I won...she did me a favor by being a jerk.
