Can someone help me?

Please forgive my ignorance, but I need some info on different fonts. I have seen by perusing here and other web sites that there are sites that have fonts that you can download. Well, how do you get those to a page that your working on? I thought that printer ink is not good for scrapping because it will not last (fade/discolor)?

There are not many fonts in the already made letter stickers that they sell as scrapbook stores. I am just not crafty enough to draw my own letters either.

Can someone give me direction? Do you find your font and download it and print it? What kind of paper and ink? Do you trace it on your page? Oh, I need guidance!!

Epson makes several printers that have archival inks. Pigmented inks will last longer than dye based inks. But in dark album storage dye based ink can last a long time.

Most websites will tell you how to install the font on your system. You download them to a directory on your computer, then go to control panel on your computer, then fonts, look under the menu to install the font, you will need to browse to where you downloaded the fonts, then it will install the fonts.
