Scrapbook software

I would love to start doing this as a hobbie on my pc but have no clue what is the best and user friendly software program for this. If you can help-THANK YOU!

I use LumaPix but can't tell you much about it. I haven't used it much lately!

There's a scrapbooking subforum where you might get more answers on this. I think it's called "Creative Community".

I use Memory Makers software. It is pc and Mac compatible. So easy to set up and use. (push a button) If I can do it, anyone can! So I recommend that.
