Scrapbook Expo vs. CKC

I have attended CKC a for the past couple years (in Valley Forge and then Pasadena). I am trying to decide if I should go to Scrapbook Expo in San Diego or CKC in Riverside this year (or both).

Are they pretty much the same thing? It seems like mostly the same vendors/classes so would it be redundant to attend both?

Different months? If they were one weekend after the other, probably not. On the other hand, If you wanted a lot of classes, it would be a way to spread them out as well as spread out the shopping.

If I had both easily accessable and they were in different months, I'd go to both, just for the refreshment of my creative spirit. Also, I tend to see things at the vendor fair, need to 'think about them' then get home, and wish I'd acquired them.

Scrapbook expo is the beginning of May and CKC is Mid June so they are not very spread out.

I woud look at the classes at each and see how many you want are the same. I know in Florida the Orlando Scrapbook Expo had a lot more vendors than the CKC in Fort Lauderdale but the Tampa one did not have nearly as many classes or vendors.
