Scrap supplies are sparse.

Hi. We just home from Port Huron Michigan.(We are from Ontario Canada) I was so thrilled to be going over the border to buy different supplies. Well Walmart,Target and Meijers had far less supplies. I had to hit Hobby Lobby,WOW, I LOVE that store. I was told that scrapbooking is getting less popular than a couple of years ago.. Is that right?

I don't know that it's less popular, but I do know that my Walmart has far less now than it did a year ago.

I don't think it's less popular, but with LSS's not being able to survive well, I imagine many scrap purchases are made online with the online retailers. Also there is probably an increase in digital scrapbooking.

I think the on-line purchasing as definitely hurt the LSSs in general. Being able to see a great variety of items and order while you are wearing your fuzzy pink slippers does have it's advantages to the shopper.
