While the max I have ever cooked for was 10 I guess this would work for 20...just whisk some milk into your eggs (1 per person) salt and pepper as you like then scramble in a pan with melted butter on medium heat.
Sometimes we add sausage, cheese, or salsa while cooking.
I had to smile when I saw this. When my grandmother passed away, we were going through her recipe folder and found a recipe for - scrambled eggs for 100! Can't remember how many dozens of eggs it called for. She was active in her church and we figured it was a recipe used for the church breakfasts.
denisem, thanks for the oven scrambled egg recipe-I am going to make it this Sunday. Will let you know next week how they were. Have a recipe for a sausage ring that will go along with it-and a couple of other things.
I made that last christmas morning and it was great the only thing different was I added bacon and half way through i put in shredded cheese. VERY YUMMY and so easy. enjoy.
denisem two thumbs up for the oven scrambled eggs recipe. Everyone loved them. Thank you so much for sharing the site. Just a note they did take longer to bake and I also used a very large foil pan-not the 9x12 size they suggested.
