Scottish Wedding & Christmas Disneymoon: Photos added

I'm having pretty much all classical music, except The Sand Ceremony which will be Rascal Flatts 'Bless This Broken Road' and First Dance Shania Twain 'From This Moment On'
'Canon In D' is what I'm walking down the aisle to.
I've also got 2 Vivaldi ones, Brandenberg, and another one that I can't quite put my finger on at the moment:confused3

Thanks Summer, I love the songs that you have picked. :goodvibes

MK Brick Update

Some DISers have started posting that they have received their certificates for their MK Walk Around the World bricks - I'm so excited - I can't wait for ours to arrive but I guess it'll take longer coming to the UK. Fingers crossed it arrives this week as thta would be perfect as I'm on holiday and will get the mail before DF!! :cool1: :cheer2: I think this is going to be my wedding gift to DF. I ummed and ahhed about buying something else but I think this is a really special gift that (fingers crossed) he'll be chuffed with. It is rumoured that the brick will be in place 10-12 weeks after 12 June 07. :cloud9: I'm off to find a calendar so I can work out when that is :coffee:  xx

Well I'm on holiday and I have a dodgy tummy so I'm hiding out at home, hoping athta I'll be well enough to meet up with some friends tonight... :goodvibes

Brick Update

Our brick should be in place sometime between August 21 - Sept 4 :yay: :cheer2:  Would love it if anyone going to be there at that time could have a wee look for it and maybe take a photo? I have the location number and should have a map by then as my COA should have arrived. xx

all sounds great, cant wait to see all the phots, ours seems so long away!!!!

Our Cirque du Soleil tickets arrived yesterday. :cheer2: I've told DF not to look too closely at any of the mail that arrives so he didn't mention the big white envelope that we both know means a Disney goodie has arrived!! lol I've decided to surprise DF with the tickets as part of his wedding gift along with the MK brick. I've also bough a Leave a Legacy tile but I think I'll surprise him with that while we are on honeymoon rather than give that as a present. 19 weeks to go - I'm on a serious diet!! :yay: lol xx

I heard the 16th June too. I must remember to pay that tonight. :thumbsup2

Congratulations to all the fellow December Disneymooners :goodvibes

I received a confrimation email that my application to sponsor a brick outside the Magic Kingdom has been processed and I now have my brick number! I'm so excited. This is my wedding gift to my DF. I hope he likes it. I'm going to pretend that a friend at work has asked me to take a photo of her brick (she doesn't actually have one but I talk about her going to WDW so DF should buy my story). I'll give DF the co-ordinates of our brick pretending that they are my friend co-ordinatates. I'm not sure what to do on our wedding day - give him a small gift and say his real gift is waiting for him on honeymoon...?

I wonder if anyone can help me... I am looking for Cinderella's Carriage placecard holders. Has anyone seen these for sale anywhere?

Hi Emma,

The dress is from Dreams Bridal. I think the designer is Ellis. Where and when are you getting married? Kxx

Small world eh? We're not getting married til 2010 got to try and find a house first!!!
Been looking on the Dreams Bridal website some of their dresses are gorgeous.
Cant wait to hear more details about your wedding and trip

Good luck house hunting - I know how that feels. 2010 will be here before you know it and you'll be able to visit Harry Potter land at Islands of Adventure :thumbsup2 xx

OMG!! I've just noticed that my ticker says 4 months to go!! Why is that so scarey - it's only one day closer than yesterday but the arrival of August has freaked me out, so much to do and so much weight to lose!! lol I'm going to enjoy this Weightwatchers sandwich today - no pain no gain :cheer2: :goodvibes

So I got to thinking about shoes today and I think I've narrowed it down a little (although I've not tried any of these on)...

I think I like the first two best - really like the idea of wedges as I've just bought a pair for work and they are uber comfy :goodvibes What do you guys think?

I phoned the dress shop today to order extra material to make a wrap for my bridesmaid and rouge ties for the boys and I found a few photos of the MB dress online too. Here it is...

That's were I got my wedges for work! They are comfy and quite high too so you get the height without the sore feet and the wobble! :lmao: - will definitely have a look at their Cherised Collection :thumbsup2 xx

yes they are really padded and the pair I got were £25 a bargin

Ok so where am I at... still haven't paid for our Leave a Legacy Tile - I must do that tonight but it is so hard to make a call without DF noticing especially with my Scottish accent as I have to repeat everything and shout as no one can understand me :rotfl2:

I thought I'd share a photo of my dress as I've just this minute paid my final installment... :yay: :cloud9:

Your dress is beautiful. Is it Demetrios? It looks very similar to my dress (even the model looks similar, LOL)

I am enjoying your journal...I will also be getting married at home and disneymooning (In Sept/Oct)
