Good old Jungle Cruise! Thanks for the ride this morning, Scott. I was obviously in the mood to cruise, huh? I am baking cornbread and strawberry banana bread to get ready for Sunday, so the house smells good, I am not at school , and the kids will be here this weekend, so I am a pretty happy girl right now. A ride on the Jungle Cruise just made the day even better.

I loved your dinner at CA Grill. I was so bummed when I was making ADRs for my Jan/Feb trip and kept trying to get CA Grill and they had nothing available throughout our whole trip. Then I found out they are going down for rehab, so I hope that we can get in in Sept while we are VWL. That Dragon Roll looks awesome!

Yay! well if you are doing an update per day. I'm good until Sunday then I will drop off the radar for a week, but it sounds like you will still be up and running when I get back from my trip! Yay! You guys are so much fun with a combination of laid back. If we are ever at the World together or you decide to come to CA, we should definitely get together for a drink!

We are thinking of September or December next year (see ticker, lol) and I will be eating there again.

I was surprised by the decorations there. It was really cute. Later in the trip I find more there.
Reese's are never too cute to eat. Just deliciousness in my mouth.

Day 5 is upon us and this day was so “Magical” it was not even funny. The only unmagical thing was our new neighbors. They loved to smoke on the balcony. I did not call downstairs even though I meant to but I got distracted. This day was meant for Epcot and then rest and then dinner with friends. We had our friend Debbie text the night before saying they could not make it because she was afraid of a seafood allergy. Totally acceptable. I never did get to see her. But let’s get on with this day. Lots of photos and videos.

Vinny woke up in a good mood and was dancing around.

What you don’t believe me? Well here is a 4 second video to prove it. Don’t blink you might miss it.




His dancing skills make me crack up every time.

Now I just remembered we did laundry this morning. We started at 7:30 and ended around 10:30. He was probably dancing because it was over. The dryer did not work very well.

Now our plans changed here. Tracy (Mrsksomeday) on here tweeted me that the New Fantasyland was open. WHAT????? OMG!!! Have to get ready fast and go.

We went to the bus stop. Did you notice how slow time goes when you want to get somewhere? I had a vision of them closing it before we got there. Here are 3 shots looking from the bus stop at the golf course.

And with the power of a program I stitched them together. Not that great but I think it works.

I think we were meeting Kristel & Lorrie at Epcot and told them the change of plans.

Crowds were not bad and hoping everyone was not in New Fantasyland.

It looks like a parade just ended.

Honestly most of those people had no clue what was happening and did not enter. Newbies. LOL

First we came to.

We did not go in. Then I saw the entrance to “Be Our Guest”.

They had a photopass photographer there so we had a pic done.

Looking at the restaurant.

Then we moved on towards the back. Then we came upon Gaston’s fountain.

He even has his own tavern.

The village gift shop.

Then we came upon.

30 minute wait no problem. I would have waited 130 minutes.
I think I will stop here. Lots and lots of pics and video coming up

We go under the sea.

P.S. MeMom and her crew were here earlier and we missed them. Oh but don't worry we might see them the next day.

Our dates for September are to arrive on the 28th and leave on October 7th. We've had a "gamers" meet in the planning stages for at least a year now, seems that only four of us from the original 7-10 who were thinking about it will actually make it, but it will still be fun.
