It's a Linnie and Buzz family phrase for when someone is doing something stupid. As in don't be an Ip Dip. So instead of The Stupids do Disney World, it's The Ip Dips do Disney World. Has anyone read The Stupids?

we were but downgraded for money reasons (Moving costs a lot of money).
as of right now I am. I am booked at POP. That is why I told you the room would be $140 if u decided to come. I got a AAA rate.
