I just wondered if anyone has ever organised a DIS Scotland meet before or has any plans to do so in the near future?
It would be great to meet up with fellow DIS'ers!!!! :D

(Now that I've mentioned it, does that mean I need to organise it?.......)

Cath:D

Myself and Bouncy had talked about organising a Scottish meet (March 03) but it all fell through.
If you want to organise one I'll be happy to come along and I'm sure Thumper Thistle and Bouncy will come too.
Where in Scotland are you Cath?

I'd certainly be interested in a Scotland meet.

Cath ~ Where abouts in Lanarkshire are you?

Hurrah!

A Mc Meet! - count us in if the time is right.

Cath ~

I've just moved to Hamilton.

Count me in if the dates are right. I'm linlithgow so the central belt seems well covered!

I would like to join in the meet to and the weird thing is I am from Wishaw too! Whereabouts do you stay? :smooth:

I'm in Ayr, anyone near me??

I'd like to meet all you like minded folks!!

It'll give all my family, friends and workmates a break from Disney talk!

Hi Guys

When are you thinking of? We're in Perth, so if it's possible we'll be there.

Wishaw seems well represented here....I'm from there too (well Craigneuk actually......the posh end!!!). Now living in East Kilbride tho'

It seems that we're all quite close, distance wise.

Val.....I passed through the fair city yesterday and it took me just over the hour, as normal, from EK:) Travelling beyond Perth up by Scone I made a mistake in getting off a roundabout and ended up going over the Friarton Bridge 4 times:crazy: Oh well, I did get a good few views of the Tay:)

Alex

Edit....spelling (yet again!)

Took an hour, that's not bad going!!! Glad to see you took in all our tourist attractions Alex!!!lol;)

Let me know when it's happening and I'll do my very best to get my lot to go

Regards

It's not so far from Bearsden so count us in if it's possible. It may be painful for us though, as we're not going to WDW next year (elder daughter's July wedding taking precedence) and any mention of Disney has us all welling up.

TT (BB's dad):(

BongoBetty, what you need to do is convince your DD to get married at WDW and invite only the family!!!! Two birds with one stone, not that there would be an alterior motive or anything!
