Went shopping tonight for our adopt a family. Stopped at Old Navy for some clothes.
Had a $40 off $100 coupon when I used an Old Navy Card (can find this on snip snap coupon site)

2 Winter Coats, Originally $49.99 - 60% off $19.80
2 Zip Up Fleece $14.94 - Sale $4.99
2 Zip Up Hoodies $19.94 - Sale $7.99
2 Fleece Pants $14.94 - $5
4 Long Sleeve Shirts $9.94-Sale $4
2 Graphic Tees $7.94 - $1.47
2 Leggings $9.94 - $5

That ended up being about $110, minus the $40 coupon, plus I had a $20 reward I had earned....bringing it down to $45! Plus, I earned 15% back, so another $5 reward!

My sorority sisters that went shopping with, said it felt like we were cleaning them out for free! I mean, a winter coat ending up costing 8.76 is an amazing deal.

We also headed to shoe carnival and bought them each a pair of snow boots. Buy one, get one 1/2 off.

Finished it off at Wal-Mart for a ton of toys and books.

I went to old navy the other light since we did an adopt a family as well. Unfortunately, my experience was so horrible I left with nothing. I had a ton of clothes and went to cash out and the sales associate told me if I applied for the credit card in would get another 25% off. So I did, he said everything went through and then proceeded to charge the cc that I gave him to run the credit app. They called the manager over and she was so rude - it took an hour and twenty minutes for her to call the old navy credit dept about the charge. In the meantime I had already called my visa company and talked to them. Then she proceeded to ring everything up again - I told her no way were they getting my sale. I left the store over two hours later empty handed - I wrote an email to old navy and they just sent one back with their number and case number for me to call.
