DMother came over today and insisted on dragging me to a garage sale like one street over.
It turns out that the lady having the garage was just GIVING stuff away because she really didn't want to keep any of it.
So I ended with a nice red-checked cotton shirt, a ton of paper backs and the best of all...thirty or so sewing patterns from the early 70's to the mid 80's. A few of them are even labeled "Brooke Shields Collection" and have Brooke modeling the outfits on the cover of the packaging.
