Score DS3- Game Stop!

Currently Game Stop is giving $40 credit for turning in used DSI towards the purchase of the new DS3 and a $40 credit for trading in the PSP. That gives me $80 towards DS's new DS3 before turning in any PSP games.


The guy also said there is a Black Friday DS3 bundle which adds another $10 to each of the trade ins. I am all over this.

So they are going to give you a $40 credit for something you could easily sell on craigslist for $100?
I don't get the whoo-hoo factor there.

Gamestop trade ins are not very generous. Amazon for example would give you nearly 60$ for you DSi and about 55 for you PSP. Amazon will also probably match Gamestop on BF plus depending on where you are there will be no tax. Just some fodder for thought.

Gamestop offers the worst tradein value in the market.

I don't do Craigslist. But you did give me an idea to sell it in our local classifieds. Didn't even occur to me.
