Scooters to international Gateway

How is the ride from BWI to the International Gateway on a scooter?Is the road flat or do you have to climb? Also how do you go from BWI to International Gateway?

It is up a hill and down a hill both ways...I'm sure people have done it on a scooter but I imagine most take the boat.

I am assuming you mean a mobility scooter (ecv) rather than the kind that kids would be using.
The Boardwalk goes in a circle around the water from the BW resort to the Yaught (to late to spell it right) and Beach Club. Going from BW to the International Gateway, you will pass over a bridge that goes over the water. That's why there is an uphill and then a downhill. You go past the BW restaurants, past the ESPN Club and then across the bridge. Stay to the right and you will eventually reach the International Gateway.
Between waiting for the boat, loading and the fairly slow boat ride, you would be faster walking/rolling than taking the boat. But, the boats are ecv/wheelchair accessible and you can roll right on.
