Scooter rental?

Hello,
I am going to DL with my mother and she will ned a scooter, we would like to rent one, but know it is very expensive from DL. When we have gone to WDW we rented one from on offsite company that delivered and picked it up from our hotel. Is there a similar company that offers that service in
Anaheim?

There are many off-site rental companies, and that is really the way to go. With the Disneyland rentals, you can't take them out of the parks or Esplanade. With an off site company, you can take it to and from your hotel. The vendors will drop off and pick up from your hotel.

My preferred vendor is ScootAround. Another that is highly recommended is Deckerts.

I've called the front desk of the DLH and GCH before and asked what scooter companies deliver to the hotel and their experience with each company. Received some good advice in the past.

Deckert's is your best bet! Great service and prices. I used Apple for a few trips but had a bad experience this past trip, so going back to Deckert's. They don't have a website but their number is 714-542-5607.

I couldn't rent from Deckert's although by most accounts they would be your best bet. I tried to rent from Apple but had to pick up in the store (because I wasn't staying in a hotel). Except they closed over an hour before their stated closing time so no one was there when I went to pick it up.

I had a good experience with ScooterVillage which is in the Ramada closest to DLR. However, they were more expensive than the other companies. I did like that they have a 24hr answering service so I knew that if something went wrong I wasn't stuck somewhere. (Unlike Apple. I had difficulty finding their store and called repeatedly to get no answer and a "mailbox full" message.) ScooterVillage also had someone onsite until midnight.
