Scooter rental in MK?

I know it is too the right but is it after the gate and before the rope? What time can you get to it when the park opens at 9:00? Any other tips?

And on our other day at MK we have a reservation for CRT for 8:20 and park opens at 9, what time will the scooter rental open? Thanks.

ECV and wheelchair rental is open when the first Guest is allowed into the Park (at all parks). This includes morning EMH and pre-opening dining reservations.
