Scootaround? Reviews and opinions?

I went to rent a wheelchair from scooterbug and they were all out during our trip dates. So I called Scootaround to have one. I must have a wheelchair so I was glad to just find a company that still had one in stock. Has anyone dealt with them before? I’m really nervous as I know nothing about them. Thanks in advance for your help!

I’d call em and ask what the make/model is of the mobility device you’re renting is. Learned my lesson last year from a different company that gave me a really run-down powerchair (just as bad as a Hoveround) and whose cushion wasn’t even an inch thick so I was practically sitting on the frame.
