Do they serve milkshakes at Scoops? If not, is there a place on the ship to get one?

Scoops just has soft serve ice cream and a small selection of toppings.

My kids wanted shakes and they were not served anywhere on the ship. They do have what they call chocolate smoothies they were good but not as good as real ice cream shakes.

A lot of people get a cup from the beverage station. Have Scoops put soft serve in in. Add some toppings, then go back to the beverage station and add milk. Stir.

Is it soft serve ICE CREAM or Yogurt?

It is actually Ice Milk ... Used to manage an ice cream shop and the difference is there is not as much butterfat (less creamy)
