Scooby-Doo Character Dinner?

I have never been to US/IOA and I was wondering do they have any character lunches or dinners, similar to Disney that my 3 years old would enjoy? She like Scooby Doo and RugRats, Thanks for your Help.

Rugrats is primarily a Paramount Park thing. As for Scooby, there are no dinners or lunches, but I have seen him and Shaggy wonder the streets of Universal Studios.

There is a character dinner at The Sunset Grill at the HRH on Saturdays. It features Scooby and Woody Woodpecker and is order off the menu. I'm not sure if they do it when the hotel is not crowded.
