Can Scooby and Spiderman be seen anywhere outside of the parks such as breakfasts, dinner, etc? Thanks for the help!

This Islands Dining Room at the Royal Pacific Resort has character dinners on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday nights. I don't know which characters are there though.

Universal's website also indicates that the Kitchen at the Hard Rock Hotel also has character dining on Saturday nights as well.

Nothing for Spiderman outside the park though?

great food when i ate there.
more of the moderate range for price.


be sure to call the hotel directly if you plan to eat there due to the characters.

they sometimes change their schedule.



don't want you to have disappointed children over it.

Where is the best place to see Scooby Doo while in the parks? Is he at Universal or IOA?

Scooby is at Universal Studios. He can be seen in the KidZone area of the park. He also rides around in a "hippy" type van with Shaggy and stops numerous places.

Yes...the characters wander all around and are easy to spot.
