We have chosen to go to Sci-Fi over 50's. (We made the final decision that DD would NOT like to be told to 'hurry up' with her food) So what food @ Sci-Fi do you think is the best? Anything special to get? I know they have glowing ice cubes, are they worth it? TIA :thumbsup2

We had lunch there on Thursday and it was fantastic!! I have had their angus burger twice and it is similar to the burgers at Red Robin. We also got an order of onion rings and milkshakes. I have had their spinach dip and it was pretty good. Mom says their Ruben was one of the best shes ever eaten.

Onion rings are good. DH and boys all had their angus burger and loved it. They also had the milkshakes.....very good. I had the Reuben....really good.

Sci-Fi is good, especially if you stick to the burgers, fries, and shakes. Glad to hear that the Reuben is good, too. It's a great place to get out of the heat and crowds -- we loved watching the funny trailers and found it to be very relaxing in there!:)

Burgers fries and shake are all safe yummy bets.

It's been hit or miss for me with the Reuben . I do love a good reuben though so I usually try it everytime. (*although I'm thinking it was gone last time we went.)

The reuben was a "miss" last week when we ate there. DH said it wasn't good at all. DD got the burger and thought it was great. I had the beef and blue salad and it was OK - steak was kind of tough but other than that there isn't much you can do to iceberg lettuce and blue cheese dressing! The onion rings, which we shared, were very good.

We did not like sitting in a car with DH in the seat behind me and DD, but that is just our opinon. The film clips were pretty bad - we made it through the entire repertoire by the time lunch was done! Our server was great.

All in all, it was OK - we'd probably never go back as we definitely like the 50's Prime Time better but we are glad we tried it.

We love Sci Fi - The burger's are good and the onion rings are out of this world.

Best place onsite for burgers & shakes!

We had ribs there once, and a pasta dish, which we wouldn't get again.
