Sci-Fi restaurant with baby

Can I do the sci-fi restaurant with a 10 month old? Can they add the high chair to the next to the cars?

We were there last June with our 8 month old, and they added the highchair next to our car.

When my little one was that age, he prefered to sit next to me in the car. It's bench seating so he was fine. They did offer him a booster seat.
