Probably. In my experience, Sci Fi typically has a wait to be seated, and then you have to order, wait for your food, eat, pay, etc. I'd budget an hour and a half for it to be on the safe side.
Agree with Shanti. Because it is holiday season, it is very popular, they will only seat what kitchen/staff can handle ....... it is not unusual at busy times to wait 15-20 minutes past your ADR. We usually spend about an hour once inside and rarely order dessert.
Likely yes.
Sci-fi is pretty well known for taking longer than average not to mention that with any TS restaurant you should be allotting 70-90 minutes.
We have STar wars dessert party at 7:30. Are you allowed to check in early at the dessert party? I want to make sure we're done with sci fi in time to get to party ASAP.

If there is only 2 of you, the seat time is quicker and usually out in about 1 hour. We are a party of 2 and we are usually always in the back of a car, “hitchhikers” and our wait time is usually less.
You could keep checking for earlier ADR, like 5:00, so you don't have to worry as much about timing, and have a little more time for digestion to have more room for desserts at party!
You will absolutely be longer than an hour, unless you get lucky. We have eaten there many times over the years and it seems to take longer than most other places. Maybe it's just perception because of eating in the dark with the running show, but that's the way it feels.
Its one of my favorite places (I love the drive in motif) but we have had to wait on average 15 to 20 minutes past our ADR everytime and if you get an appetizer and desert plan on 90 min+.
