Sci-Fi Menu Question

Hello all...

I have been scouring the menus found on allearsnet and had a question about sci-fi, or any place for that matter. There are 4 of us going in December (24-28) and we are on the dining plan. The problem is that 2 would like to go for lunch and 2 would like to go for dinner because of the menu. I would like to know if we go for dinner if someone could order something, like a burger, that is only on the lunch menu. Has anyone ever done this?

I know this isn't your question, but.....Go for the cheeseburger! They are luscious, cheesy, cooked however you like and consistantly yummy. And, what else would you eat at a drive-in? People who order virtually anything else at the Sci-Fi complain! And, the last time we were there (02), you could order a burger at dinner.

The burgers aren't on the dinner menu, but you can order one anyway, and they will make it for you, no problem.

One thing I learned from these boards is that you can ask for different stuff from the menu. Within reason of course, but I did that on our last trip and no problem at all. For example, the menu at Sci-Fi had chicken caesar salad that you know is gonna be really big. I figure they have caesar salad so I order a small dinner caesar salad. Not on the menu but they didn't even question it - and it cost a lot less.

The kids have decided they want to do Sci-Fi for lunch and go with burgers or salads. Which dessert is the best? Any reviews for those?
