Sci-Fi for lunch without ADR?

What are my chances of being seated at the Sci-Fi on a Monday for lunch without an ADR?

My husband and I will be arriving at MCO at 9:30 AM on 8/4, and then taking the ME to All-Star Sports before heading out on our adventures. I'd really like to have lunch at the Sci-Fi that day, but between the ME, check in, and bus trip to DHS, I wouldn't have any idea what time to schedule an ADR for. Could we get in without it, or should I just try to schedule a late lunch?

I would try to schedule it. I have been trying to change our Sci-Fi ADR in November to a different day and nothing available for our family of 4.

I would not go there with out ADR!! We were turned away 2 years ago.. and I heard that from a few people

Little to no chance of getting a table with no ADR...Make an ADR if you really want to go...We really enjoy the Sci-Fi for lunch...I think you would be safe with a ADR after 2:00.

We had ADRs for lunch in June 06 around 11:30 am, and were seated right away. Meanwhile, there was a line waaay out the door for walk ins...

I've done it a few times, early in the lunch period, but I highly recommend an ADR - especially if you really want a car.

On a Monday, though.... make a late lunch ADR, and then ask if you can get in early, that might be your best bet!

Spring break this year we did Sci fi as a walk in for lunch. Wish we had made ADR's though as we really would have enjoyed dining in one of the cars (my daughter especially)
But we had only about a 3 min wait for lunch without a car.

In September, we (4 adults + 1 baby) were told there would be a 30- to 45-minute wait for a walk-in lunch. We decided to wait and were seated within 15 minutes.

It's luck of the draw.
